The role:

They are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing efforts. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, and raising their profile as the go-to partner in the live events industry. This is a hands-on position where your ideas will shape campaigns and content, showcasing technical expertise and creative edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the company's marketing strategy, aligning with brand values
  • Plan and implement B2B marketing campaigns that highlight technical and creative capabilities
  • Enhance brand awareness across multiple channels and cultivate business opportunities
  • Manage and grow online presence through engaging content that reflects their culture and work
  • Design and create visual content (photos, videos, text) to promote their high-quality experiences
  • Oversee the redesign and ongoing updates of the company website to align with its innovative vision
  • Produce press releases to highlight their projects, achievements, and insights
  • Manage internal and external communications, reinforcing company values and culture
  • Support showcase events and exhibitions to ensure alignment with their brand promise

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a marketing professional with a flair for creativity and a passion for the events industry. You will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events or related industries
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including best practices for social media
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with attention to narrative and tone
  • Creative mindset, with a good eye for design (experience with design software is a plus)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent problem-solving abilities
